Services

We are proud to offer current and comprehensive prenatal classes. These four-week sessions will not only help you to understand the physiological changes in your body but instruct you on the best ways to prepare yourself and your home for your sweet baby. We highly recommended making this investment of your time to attend because life experience and research confirm the link between prenatal education and successful breastfeeding, confident caregiving, and more familiarity with other newborn experiences.

We are confident you'll enjoy these classes and feel more ready to embark on this new parenting journey. Our classes are currently led by a community RN with experience in paediatrics, postpartum, and lactation education. You are welcome to attend alone or bring your partner if you so wish!

STI testing & treatment

We offer free and confidential routine testing, treatment, and education to improve sexual health outcomes.

You will need an appointment to be seen. You can book online or call our office at 519-756-3787. Please bring your health card to your appointment.

The following tests are available: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis (HBV, HCV).

Hope Centre does not provide general medical care or emergency services. As such, if you are experiencing symptoms such as acute pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, fever, abnormal bumps, or lesions, we recommend you seek immediate medical assessment by NP/ doctor.
